Cernet / cermet carbide is half of the density than that of tungsten carbide, the same price in Kg, and life time is twice of tungsten carbide, then we save much more cost.

When use our cermet carbide rods, you must know the following item:
1. Check tools dimensions to ensure correct selection and whether there're chipping defects on the tools before using.
2. Do not touch the sharp cutting dege with naked hand.
3. Do not touch the hot chips with naked hand.
4. Stop the machine immediately to check out the problem, in the case of abnormal vibration or sounds ocuring.
In the process of cutting, there's the possibility that chips splash and tools breakage resulting fragments splash.
5. Use safety cover and safety glasses during cutting
