 Description of gear trolley:

1.Geared trolley should be formed a complete set with chain hoist or other lifting machines.

2.There are ball bearings are in layed in the wheels of the geared trolley.

3.The geared trolley is a lifting machine that has high efficiency in operation with small hand-pull/push force.

4.Geared trolley should be fit on the bottom flange of I-beam to compose a running lifting trolley.

 

Precaution of gear trolley:

1.Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2.While lifting the load,passing or working under the lifting load is strictly prohibited.

3.Stop operating immediately and fix a breakdown in case the pull force exceeds that of normal operation or there troubles.

4.Bearing ,gear,etc should be greased regularly and examine the fasteners to make sure that are tightened.
