Electric wire rope hoist Brief description:
CD1,MD1 model wire rope electric hoist is a kind of light type lifting equipment. It could be installed on single
girder crane with hoist, overhead,gantry and jib crane. Modified could be used as a winch. So it is a commonly
used lifting equipment in factory, mine, port, warehouse, cargo yard, shop etc, is a nessesary equipment to
improve working efficiency and labor conditions.
The lifting speed of CD1 model electric hoist is common speed, it could satisfy common use requirements, MD1 model electric hoist operates two lifting speeds---ommon speed and slow speed. When working at slow speed, it could satisfy precise loading and unloading, sand box moulding, machine tool inspection and other precise working requirements. So the use MD1 electric hoist would be much wider then CD1 hoist.
It is equiped with compact structure, convenient adjustment, small volumn, light weight, heavy gravity, easy operation etc
Electric wire rope hoist Applications:
It can travel rotyation through the trolley hanging on the I-steel,and install on the single beam crane,jib crane and overhang crane to rise and fall the cargos.So it can be used in factories,mines,wharf,warehouse ,freight yards and shops and so on,which need lifting equipement for lifting heavy objects.Such as mining companies and railways,docks,warehouse .It is prohibited to manned.

Motor |
Hoist Motor is a taper type rotor motor with braking; it is of the best quality motors, it has bigger torque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque. |

Gear Box |
Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation. |

Wire Rope |
Hoisting rope comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the Drum does not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breaking strength of the rope is six. |

Rope Drum |
Grooved Drum, seamless pipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer and to provide proper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided. Drum Shaft resolves on Ball Bearings for ensuring smooth running. |

Electric apparatus controlling system |
Model CD1 or MD1 is composed of the contactor box, controlling switch, cut-off limiter. The working voltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V (safety voltage). |

Rope Guide |
Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the Drum completely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thicken and dilated, so that it is not easy to be damaged.
