Our hoist is made of high -strength alloy,consists of beautiful appearance,compact mechanism,small in size and light weight.And we use double-geared drive.Helical gear drive when it works under fast speed,so that the hoist can drive smoothly with low noise.
The components and parts of our hoists is high-intensitive as well.The alloy we use have gone through multiple heating processing with special technology ,so that it's good abrasive resistance and high-intensity is well-known. After intensive heating processing, the up and down hoists are with high toughness .It means,even with overload,the hook will be plastic plastic deformation instead of brittle fracture.

It is uniquely designed to have a shorter headroom than that of standrard of k model configurations.
The super-low headroom electric chain hoist is uniquely designed to have a shorter headroon than that of standrard of k model configurations. This proudct is the most suitable for installation which requires a low ceiling of building or maximizes effective lift, especially suitalbe for use in temporarily erected plant buildings or on the sites where expansion of effective hoisting spaces inside the buildings is required. The trolleys are availalbe as option.
It is typical of unique optimal structure in shortening the distance between the machine body and the beam tracks, applicable to operations inside fairly low buildings, especially suitable for use in temporarily erected plant buildings or on the sites where expansions of effective hoisting spaces inside the building is required.
Detailed Discription of ultra low headroom hoist :
1.Shell
It is made of light aluminum alloy shell,light but hard.The cooling fin is specially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation with the rate up to 40% and continous service.
The integral enclosed structure is applicable to places like chemical plant and electroplate factory.
2.Side magnetic braking device
The magnetic orce generator is the latest design which is featured for generating magnetic force.It allows instant brake as soon as the electric power is cut off.Thus the braking safety while loading is guaranteed.
3.Limit switch
The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety.
4.Chain
The chain shall adopt the imported FEC80 ultraheat-treatable steel alloy chain.
It can be safely used in poor environments such as rain,sea water and chemicals.
5.Electromagnetic contactor
Electromagnetic contactor can be used safely under high frequency.
6.Inverse phase sequence protecting device
It is sepcial electrical installation which controls the circuit not to work in case of wiring error in the power supply.
7.Gear
The gear made of alloy steel and through the heat treatment.
