High temperature rotation vacuum sintering furnace
1. Application
This furnace is mainly used for sintering and heat treatment for tungsten, molybdenum, other refractory metals, alloys and non-metallic material in vacuum (such as hydrogen or a protective atmosphere).
2. Main functions
Powder materials rotating heating sintering in vacuum or atmosphere below 2400°C
Temperature control can be adjustable, and the temperature can remain constant in a period.
3. Main configuration and technical requirements
3.1 Working temperature: 1200 °C-2,400°C±15°C
3.2Temperature uniformity≤±15°C
3.3 Limit vacuum: According to the process craft
34 pressure rise rate: 0.5Pa/h.

4. Discharging method
Top discharging or bottom discharging.
5. High temperature rotation sintering craft
Because of some special sintering materials, the furnace chamber cannot make heat insulation for some carbon materials, and the heat insulation effect cannot be good even if you use the ceramic crucible, as a result, the final product is easily deformed.
