This equipment is develop by our company and research institutes together, continuity sintering furnace, can continuity production, material can be in high temperature sintering atmosphere in rotating through the crucible of material, can implement nasty cold treatment.
1, scope and USES
Mainly used for various rare earth, metal powder, nonmetal powder materials in high temperature or ultra high temperature sintering production condition and experiment. Through the materials in a full rotation in high temperature crucible roasted for powder materials, can burn the high temperature sintering processing implemented uniform, sintering completed products can be automatically fall into finished products to fight and raw material nasty cold treatment.
2, the main function
22 °C to 2.1 below vacuum or atmosphere condition of rotating powder materials heat sintering.
2.2 temperature control can be adjustable, and the temperature period in a state remains constant.
3, host main configuration and technical requirements
3.1 working temperature: >1600 °C
3.2 limiting vacuum: determined according to the technical requirement.
Use high vacuum, vacuum system by ROM dimitrios pump units, and rotary vane pumps composition. With vacuum measuring device and manual vacuum valves. The highest vacuum can reach 1 * 10-3Pa.
3.5 pressure increase rate: 6Pa/h.
3.6 workspace size: Dia 100mm ~ Dia 600mm x L1500mm (according to users’ requirements).
