Application
It is used to heating composite metal pan bottom before welding.
Features
1. High efficiency.It can heating 3-5 layer compound metal pans each time.
2. 5-10 pieces/minute with uniformity heating temperature. It can heating bronze bottom, stainless steel iron bottom to forging temperature fastly, no oxidation and not edge, no bubbles.
3.Both CPU and PLC control water, electricity, gas , and is equipped with sound and light alarm and fault self-diagnosis function.
4.Local induction heating, greatly reduce the polishing workload, you donot need preheated.
5.Electromechanical integration design, small size, simple installation.
6.Adopts pure water circulation processing system, digital flow monitoring system and PLC automatic control system, the CPU automatically display flow and monitoring system
