The Raypoo  manifold is a hydraulic component.  Its role is to regulate the fluid flow between pumps, actuators and other components.  It is similar to a switchboard in an electrical circuit, because it allows the operator to control the quantity of fluid flows between components of hydraulic machines.

 

Raypoo  modular and integrated manifolds simplify maintenance and reduce fluid leakage. Modular type manifolds can be mounted horizontally or vertically to satisfy circuit needs.

 

Raypoo makes manifold blocks, which can weigh more than 40 tons, mainly for large industrial applications that require high power.  The fluid can be water or mineral oil.

 

For more demanding applications, Raypoo 's high strength steel integrated manifolds withstand extreme operation pressure and allow higher throughput rates with minimal pressure drops.
