| MG and MK type valves are throttle valve and throttling with check valve which are correlative with pressure and viscosity. MG type (throttle valve) It can be bilateral throttling. The oil goes through the side bore (3) to valve body (2) and orifice (4) which is formed by adjustable cover (1). Rotating the cover (1) can continuously change the throttling section. MK type (throttling with check valve) When the oil flows to the valve by throttling direction, the spring (6) and the oil pressure will press cone spool (5) to valve seat for cutting off the oil. The oil flows through side bore (3) to valve body (2) and orifice (4) which is formed by adjustable cover (1). For reverse flowing, the oil pressure which is acting on cone spool (5) will lift the spool from valve seat. The oil is allowed to freely flow without action of throttling. Meantime, the partial oil which flows through ring interval will produce self cleaning effect. |
