Sanshon SBJ belt dryer for fruits and vegetables
Continious belt dryer for food dehydration
Main application
The SBJ Series belt dryer is suitable for drying of garlic, ginger, carrot, potato, bean, chestnut, almond, traditional Chinese medicine materials, shelled shrimp and other granular materials.
SBJ series single-layer belt dryer
with the commonly-used drying area specification of 20m2,used in two sections or three sections.
SBJ-M(F) multi-layer belt dryer(turning plate type)
with the commonly-used drying area specification of 20m2 and 60m2. The conveying speed and fan volume of the SBJ series drying machine adopt frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment to meet drying requirements of different materials.

Drying time: 0.25-1.5h
Water remained after drying: 5%-25%(controllable)
Thickness of fresh material: ≤60mm

It is specialized in manufacturing food processing machinery, which includes fruit & vegetable hot air drying(AD), quick freezing (IQF), vacuum freeze dryer(FD). The company passed ISO9001:2000 quality standard under the efforts of all employees. There are three equipments has been assessed as National New Product. And in 2007, Sanshon was recognized for New and High Technical enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

Based on more than 20 years’ experience in food process machinery manufacturing, later it established Shaoxing Sanshon Steel Co., Ltd () and Shundi foods Co., Ltd()in Zhejiang and Shanghai. Sanshon now is capable of providing integrated services, including product consultation, design, workshop establishment, equipment manufacturing and installation, training of machine operation in the field of vacuum freeze drying machine (FD), hot air drying (AD) as well as quick frozen (IQF) machines.

Payment:
We usually accept T/T,L/C, please send email to negotiate payment term if you can not accept T/T or L/C.
Packing:
Iron framework with external plywood and seaworthy package.
Please send email for the extra cost of different packing.
Delivery Time:
Different products will spend different production period: from 30-120 days after 50% advanced payment.
