Working principal Dehydrating Machine for Fruit
After the air is exchanged by the heat exchanger, the air in drying chamber is heated through heat radiation and heat convection. Under the function of fan, the hot air is diffused in the whole drying chamber, the hot air and materials carry out sufficient heat exchange. The vapor is expelled from the drying chamber under the function of humidity removing fan.
Technical features Dehydrating Machine for Fruit
The SSJ series tunnel dryers are featured by large loading volume and simple operation. It is mainly suitable for drying dehydrated vegetables, fruit products, agricultural and byproducts, instant foods and Chinese herbal medicines. It is especially suitable for drying materials of big size, materials requiring long drying period and having high requirements of appearance, such as chinese mushroom, white button mushroom, wonton, prawn, etc.

Moreover it is less than 100 KM to Hangzhou and Ningbo airport.
It is specialized in manufacturing food processing machinery, which includes fruit & vegetable hot air drying(AD), quick freezing (IQF), vacuum freeze dryer(FD). The company passed ISO9001:2000 quality standard under the efforts of all employees. There are three equipments has been assessed as National New Product. And in 2007, Sanshon was recognized for New and High Technical enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

Based on more than 20 years’ experience in food process machinery manufacturing, later it established Shaoxing Sanshon Steel Co., Ltd () and Shundi foods Co., Ltd()in Zhejiang and Shanghai. Sanshon now is capable of providing integrated services, including product consultation, design, workshop establishment, equipment manufacturing and installation, training of machine operation in the field of vacuum freeze drying machine (FD), hot air drying (AD) as well as quick frozen (IQF) machines.

Packing:
Iron framework with external plywood and seaworthy package.
Please send email for the extra cost of different packing.
