Working principle of tunnel drier

The heat radiation and heat convection heat the air in the drying chamber after the air being exchanged by the heat exchanger. The hot air is diffused in the whole drying chamber and carry out sufficient heat exchange with materials under the function of fan. The vapor is removed from the drying chamber under the humidity removing fan.

 

Application

1. Mainly suitable for drying dehydrated vegetables, fruit products, agricultural and side line products, instant foods and Chinese herbal medicines

2. Especially suitable for drying material of big size, materials requiring long drying time and having high requirements to appearance
