The process of this automatic production line for waste plastic pet bottle recycling line is as following:
Belt conveying --- label remover--- selecting table---Belt conveying --- crusher---firction washing machine ---washing bank--- screw feeder --- Steam boiler---screw feeder--- horizontal washing device --- washing tank---screw feeder---dewatering machine---pipeline conveyer drying system---air drying storage.

If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, Saiou will provide long-term technical assistance.Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine.
Saiou Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper operation of workers.
Payment:
30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% is paied before shipment.
