HDPE plastic recycling machine
Product description:
The whole production equipment is researched, design and manufactured by our company, integration of Europe technology, it has features as high efficiency, working stable, low humidity content(less than 5%). We use good quality on our machine (SUS-304, more than 3mm thickness) ensures whole production equipment long service life time.
Usage of HDPE recycling equipment :
Our washing and recycling machine could deal with waste plastic such as HDPE,PP injection bottles, milk bottles, yogurt bottles, chairs, boxes, etc and plastic bags, agriculture film, woven bags, plastic package products etc. The whole production line is surely of standard and high quality with CE certification and ISO 9001.

Belt conveyer- crusher (with water) - scrubbing machine (friction washer) -film floating tanks - screw feeder - centrifugal dewatering machine – Air cyclone drying system - storage hopper.

Detail description :
This line is used to wash HDPE bottles, it contains crushing, washing and drying, in the final, you can get dry flakes, the capacity of one line can be 300kg/h to 2000kg/h.
HDPE bottles washing machine is under the category of “easy to set up and run” systems.
And this is why:
HDPE is a polymer of olefins family and like other olefins floats in water (while all other plastic sinks).
This practically means separation of this polymer from other plastics is easy and inexpensive.
A bales breaker is almost compulsory if production rate is over 500/700 Kg/hour (1000/1500 lb/hour).
The reason for this is kind of easy to understand.
If you are in a country where operators cost is not very high, you can choose to go with manual bales opening even for higher throughputs but this is your choice.
Just remember a machine never get sick (unless it breaks), it works 24 hours a day without complains, doesn’t ask for days off and so on.

1. Q: If I need the machine urgently, what will you do?
A: We have some machines in our warehouse, if the machine match your demands, we can ship the machine to you within 7days after testing.
2. Q: If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?
A: First of all, do not worry about the thing, we will test the machine before shipment. And if it happened, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair the machine.
3. Q: If my machine is broken within one year, what your factory will do?
A: Just send us some pictures and our engineer will analysis the reason, and send you broken parts for free.
4. Q: How can I believe your factory and machines.
A: We have CE, ISO certificates. And we have customers all around the world, we can test the machine after it finished and you check, if it can not reach your demands, we will change, or even give back your deposit.
5. Q: How many days needed to finish the machine and what is about the payment?
A: Normally we use T/T payment. And normal machine need 30 working days. If we have the same machine in storage, it can be finished with 7 working days.
