It is mainly used to crush various big plastic solid material, unmanageable material, plastic container and barrel, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber and paper which the normal crusher can not handle. The single shaft shredder can cut for plastic ,has CE certifications.

Shredder Designed for plastics. The Plastic Single Shaft Shredder has been designed exclusively for efficient recycling of polymer materials.
1. The blade base and blade on the rotary roller can be disassembly. it is easy to clean and maintenance
2.The rotary blade adopt the rhombi forms, which can decrease the noise and energy consumption.
3.Each rotary blade with 4 cutting knife edge, when the rotary blade is wear, it can be rotated to 90 degree, then the blade can continues use.
4.Each fixed blade with 2 cutting knife edge, when the fixed blade is wear, it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade can continues use.
Process flow for plastic single shaft shredder :
1. 30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% is paid before shipment.
2.30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% by irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
4. By Escrow from Alibaba.
1. Film package: we used simple package suit for shipping.
2. Wooden package: If you want to wooden package, you should paid extra cost.
