Plastic shredder/heavy duty waste plastic shredder/single shaft shredder/crate crushing machine/lump shredder/aluminum cans shredder/block shredder is mainly suitable for shredding waste plastic(like plastic bottles,PP PE plastic lumps,pipes,ABS blocks,plastic film,bags,PVC artificial profile and marbles),aluminum engine cover,light steel plate,etc.In fact,it's suitable for shreding big and hard block that crusher can't crush.

Main Features of Plastic single shaft shredder:
1. Adapt Germany newest shredding technology, special for crushing aluminum, plastic, wood ,pipes and so on

6. Each dynamic blades has four cutting edges which enable reutilization after being abraded, by rotating 90 degree
7. Each fixed blades has two cutting edges which enable reutilization after being abraded, by rotating 180 degree
8. Quiet operation at low speed
9. Screen perforation is adjustable according to customers' requirement
10. The shredders can be adjusted according to customer specific requirements for throughput volume, material to be processed, etc.

One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.
1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioningthe machines and train your workers if you need.
We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.
