A. Production description :
16mm-630mm PVC Pipe Production Line is applied for manufacturing PVC pipes with different pressure classes as water supplying and drainage needed in field of agriculture, architecture, telecom communication, etc..
The complete extrusion consists of following items:
l Conical twin screw extruder
l Die head. Due to the diameter, it can be single, double and four die head
l Vacuum tank: due to diameter, it can be designing of single, double vacuum chambers
l Haul-offs: due to diameter, it can be designing of double, three, four, six, eight caterpillars
l Cutter: due to diameter, it can be designing of saw cutter or planetary cutter
l Tipping chute
