The PP/PE film pelletizing line is used to pelletize the scraps to granules. But this line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, it is suitable for all kinds of plastic film, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE.
The capacity we can supply is from 100kg/h to 400kg/h.
We adjust Austria technology, it is very popular now. We have water ring pelletizing line and strand pelletizing line. The whole line consists of:

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
1. PE granulating line is to treat pe,pp film/woven bags with double stage. film can be plasticized well no air hole in granules
MAIN PROCESSES:
1. It has force feeder to press the light film into the screw,easy to operate and make sure the capacity.
2. With double stage single screw extruders,the plastic can be plasticized totally,keep the capacity steady and without air hole in the final granules.
3. With two different types of cutting way,"noodles" shape cutting and die face cutting(water loop),we can meet your different demands for the shape of granules.
4. With Non-stop hydraulic screen exchanger,you can exchange the screen when the machine is running.
