The plastic pellet machineis used to pelletize the scraps to granules. But this line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, it is suitable for all kinds of plastic film, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE.
The capacity we can supply is from 100kg/h to 400kg/h.

The general process of this whole production line for plastic granulating machine is as following:
1) Putting into the feeder----Extruding ---- water cooling ---- drying----cutting into granulator
By regulating the rotation speed of extruder and altering screw structure it is applicable to manufacture different plastic profile, like PE PP PS ABS PVC and polyolefin Modificationand granulation: Being applicable to the different plastic material co-mixing, modification and reinforcing granulation.
2) It can make granules from pe pp flakes, film or bottles and so on. Our capacity is from 100kg/h to 500kg/h
3) With rotation feeder, the pe pp flakes will get into the screw even and continuously, our motors, tempreture controller and inverters are made by world famous brand, such as Siemense, Omron, RKC, FUJI, and so on. Our screw and barrels are 38CrMoALA, nitrogen treatment. With double screen exchanger, you can exchange the screen without stopping the machines.

Delivery Timely :
- Film package: we used simple package suit for shipping.
- Wooden package: If you want to wooden package, should bear the extra cost.
Our service
The machine inspection before delivery in SAIOU MACHINERY When you come to our factory .Check everything is it ok .
Free of charge of some necessary spare part.
One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.
1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioningthe machines and train your workers if you need.
We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.
Film packing or plywood packing suit for sea shipping.

If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, Saiou will provide long-term technical assistance.Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine.
- Saiou Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper operation of workers.
Payment:
- 30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% is paied before shipment.
