PP PE film plastic pelletizing machine
The PP PE granulator plastic pelletizing machine used to pelletize the scraps to granules. But this line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, it is suitable for all kinds of plastic film, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE.
The capacity we can supply is from 100kg/h to 400kg/h.

The general process of this whole plastic recycling machine as following:
1) Putting into the feeder----Extruding ---- water cooling ---- drying----cutting into granulator
By regulating the rotation speed of extruder and altering screw structure it is applicable to manufacture different plastic profile, like PE PP PS ABS PVC and polyolefin Modificationand granulation: Being applicable to the different plastic material co-mixing, modification and reinforcing granulation.
2) It can make granules from pe pp flakes, film or bottles and so on. Our capacity is from 100kg/h to 500kg/h
3) With rotation feeder, the pe pp flakes will get into the screw even and continuously, our motors, tempreture controller and inverters are made by world famous brand, such as Siemense, Omron, RKC, FUJI, and so on. Our screw and barrels are 38CrMoALA, nitrogen treatment. With double screen exchanger, you can exchange the screen without stopping the machines.
