1. Application of pe flake crushing machine :
1.1This plastic washing machine is used to treat plastic material, just like HDPE bottles/PET bottles and so on.
1.2.It can crush,wash,and dry the material,finally you will get clean,dry flakes,which can be used to
make granules directly or some other usage.
2. Capacity of crushing machine used in recycling line :
300kg/h to 2000kg/h.
3. Processes of crushing machine :
3.1 raw material: clean HDPE/PET bottle flakes after crushing, washing and drying production
3.2 clean HDPE hard scarps after crushing, washing and drying production
3.2 this pelletizing extrusion is named strand pelletizing, i.e. the melt strand is cooled down through cooling tank and cutting is done by pelletizer
