HDPE / PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line
PE/PP/PVC Single Wall corrugated pipe production line consists of Extruder, Mold Blocks, Corrugated Forming Machine, Cooling Equipment, Counting Machine and Auto winding system. It can continuously produce many kinds of diameter single wall corrugated pipe in high speed.
Application: This kind of corrugated pipe owns the features of high temperature resistance , anti-erosion , antiabrasion and high strength . The pipe can be ued ass stuffing tube for electrical appliance, stuffing tube for automobile, engineering works, lamps and lanterns, automatic instruments and meters, etc. which has a great demand in present-day market.
Advantages: Our special designed screw and special structure mould can protect the screw and barrel from easy-abrasion and give an easy forming process.

The machine inspection before delivery in SAIOU MACHINERY When you come to our factory .Check everything is it ok .
Free of charge of some necessary spare part.
One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.
1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioningthe machines and train your workers if you need.
We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.
Film packing or plywood packing suit for sea shipping.
