Automatic Plastic Mixer
SRL-Z series vertical mixer units are widely used in mixing, drying, coloring, for all kinds of resin such as PVC, PP, PE. They can also be applied in dryness of ABS ,polycarbonate, and mixing hydroxybenzene, Alde Hyde resin.
This unit is composed of one hot mixing pot and one cooling pot, the materials from hot mixer will be filled into the cooling mixer automatically, so it can eliminate humidity, and protect from agglomeration.
Two layers of sealing are adopted in the pot lid. Pot lid of cooling mixer adopts arch lid, uneasy to be out of shape.
The blades have been passed the test of the dynamic and static balance testing machine.
It adopts PLC control and all the electric meters adopts imported famous brands.
