VKG series Plastic color mixer uses the blades of the bearer to rotate and turn over the law materials to mix rapidly. It is suitable in the mixing pigmentation of various plastic granules. It is one of the essential assistant equipments in the injection moulding machine and the extruder. Its structure is simple and the mixing is well-proportioned.
Plastic color mixer FEATURES:
1) Made of stainless steel, easy to clean, non-polluting.
2) Paddle is scientifically and reasonably structured for smooth operation, saving time and power.
3) Interlock safety device designed to protect safety of the operator.
4) Mixed timer controls mixing time which can be chosen from 0 to 30 minutes.
5) Movable castors, easy to move.
6) Motor with overload protection to protect itself.
Vertical Paddle
1. The whole stainless steel blade as well as the scientific and reasonable structure fully mix the law materials in the woir. And it can decrease the overloading into the minimum, save the time and save the electric power.
2. Use high-quality stainless steel
The PM seriesvertical mixer are able to perform even mixture for large volum of material in short mixing time by utilize the paddles rotation speed to gather the material from the bottom of dump center to the top ,shed the material flow back to the bottom and complete the mixing function in a shot period of time .
