Product description:
This drilling rig is a species of full hydraulic pressure rotating plate-drilling machine developed by our company newly. This drilling adopts full hydraulic pressure drive, constant power variable loop, and makes drilling machine change rotary speed and increase Torque automatically according to the variation of stratum in the in the course of engineering construction. It adopts wheel cylinder startup and electrohydraulic multiple operation. It utilizes the technique of pressure reduction automatic deep drilling to ensure pore forming vertically. This drill adopts the deep drilling technique of positive and negetive circulation, the effeciency of deep drilling is high, and applies to various stratum, is the first selected equipment for the basic construction of river bridge and dock, and also applies to drilling project of high building and heavy caliber shallow well.
The engineering drilling machine of KP2200 type is double layers bottom plate, and drives through hydraulic pressure. The upper plate can move backwards and forwards on the lower plate. The drill power leans back under the action of oil cylinder. The lower plate can put the drilling tool within 2.5 meters into well hole without moving. It is convenient and reliable, and ensures construction quality. The motion of lower plate can be selected discretionarily in the few motion modes such as device prizing, hydraulic cylinder and steel wheel according to the situation of construction site and the working habit of construction unit to meet the construction’s requirements
