I. Features and Advantages
The leading core drill rigs in the developed countries are full hydraulic operated type ,which adopt the technology of wire-drawing core with diamond tip ,this type of drill rig is also the main developing trend in the field of drill rig technology and related equipment,under the international and domestic trend ,our factry has developed the HFDX-4 Full Hydraulic Operated Core Drill Rig ,this type of drill rig can take the place of imported products and be applied in the fields of geology,metallurgy,coal mines,petroleum,natural gas and underground water exploration
Crawler-type layout,the feeding and lifting of rotator are driven by a series motor with gear and chain with a long stroke,3.5m stroke.the rotation of spindle is driven by a single engine,it has four mechanical shifts .and it speed could be adjusted by hydraulic pressure with stepless speed change.the mast has the funcion of sliding and touching ground,the spindle lifted and lowered with oil cylinder,it could be folded for transporteing and storing .the spindle has a big diameter hole and high-precision structure
It is a light, full hydraulic core drill rig. The core could be obtained at the earth's surface by using the drill rig.

3,Designs of HF series exploration drilling rig

make them easier for clients to use.
Hydraulic chuck: It is designed to save the trouble from ball chuck.
Slide: It is designed to move the machine backward or forward when you need to lift/change the drill rod or adjust
the drilling position.
Trailer: 2-wheel, 4-wheel, 6-wheel. It is designed to move the drilling rig with tractors or such pulling devices.
Truck mounted: Easy to move and operate, they are also with hydraulic systems.
Crawler: Self-propelled, able to clime, suitable for complex terrains.
Hydraulic system: Tower and support. It is designed to decrease labor cost; two men are more than enough
to operate the drilling rig with hydraulic system.
Digital control: Multiple data display, easy controlling and monitoring, very convenient and efficient for
geological study.

8. Quality guarantee( exploration drilling rig )
Our products has been authorized and certified by TUV and ISO9001:2008. We guarantee the quality of the machines for one year after the trial run (excluding the wearing parts), but not exceeding 15 months from the date on which machines leave the factory.
