I. Main fetures
1) Application of fully digital electrical control system, can set the torque limit value according to the torsional strength of drill pipe as the machine is working, when the load is too large or sudden increase, it can warning earlier. All the data appear on the screen intuitively. Workers can take corresponding actions in advance according to the informations, the phenomenon such as sticking, sudden increase of load
2) Drilling rig's rotary is driven by dc speed regulating motor, rotary speed can realize stepless speed change in a certain range. Can regulate freely rotary speed according to the working condition of drilling rig. This solves the problem of unable to achieve freely select speed,which other general machinery control drilling machine can't do. Meet the needs of the drilling construction technology of diversification. At the same time, its control system is separated from its host, improve the performance of construction safety.
3) Drill winch is driven by ac frequency conversion motor, the control system is separated from its host, hoisting speedand realize stepless speed, effectively improve the efficiency of construction, and avoid the personal injury accidents when put up drilling tools.
General characteristics are as followed:
4 )Vertical shaft hole diameter (93 mm), double oil cylinder hydraulic feed, trip is longer (up to 600 mm), and process adaptability is strong, especially suitable for large diameter pipe rope coring upper (core) drilling, drilling efficiency is enhanced.
5) Drilling capacity is large, 71 mm rope coring drill pipe nominal diameter drilling depth of up to 1000 m.
6 )Rig modular design, rapid cartridge connection, good dismountability, easy to move, simple connection quickly, suitable for mountain homework.
7) Hydraulic clamping chuck is disc springs, hydraulic oil cylinder to loosen, three slip self-centering hydraulic chuck.
8) Hydraulic system adopts gear oil pump, installation is simple, easy to use, less power consumption, the hydraulic system oil temperature is low, work stability. Hand pumps are installed in the system, when the engine can't work we can still manually operated pump up out of the hole drilling tools.
9 )Compact structure, rational layout, easy to maintain, maintenance and repair.
10)Drill gravity is low, moving distance is long, fixation, high speed drilling stability is good.
11) Equipped with shockproof instrument, is conductive to master the hole. Manipulation is flexible and reliable.
