The shredder includes double shafts cutters group, gearbox, shell, reducer, PLC control cabinet and equipped with installation frame and other accessories to insure working reliably.
The shredder is typically installed horizontally with a stainless steel hopper on top. Conveyors or augers feed material into the hopper where it then falls into the slow rotation, high-torque central cutter shafts. Two rows of sharp, steel cutters rotate slowly and with incredibly high-torque to turn large troublesome solids into tiny particles. We custom design and build each shredder and hopper to match your exact specifications.

Hardened Steel Cutters
- Exclusive process produces cutters with industry leading Rockwell Hardness of 60-65 HRC
- Standard cutters to fit your application and generate the particle size you require: 3, 7, 11 or 13 tooth cutter
- We builds custom sized cutters to fit your specifications
- Two groups of cutters and gaskets are installed in two parallel shafts, overlapping in turn to achieve spiral cutting. Two rotary shafts are driven by the drive shaft and rotate in opposite direction.
