Application
HC double shaft shredder can satisfy different industries' recycling needs. It is used to shred thick and hard to break materials like: electronic waste, hard plastic, metal, wood, rubber, packing barrel, plastic pallet, etc. After shredding, the material can be recycled directly or keep reducing the size. HC double shaft shredder is with high shredding efficiency, 0.3 to100 t/h production capacity, and 8mm to 300mm final output size. For different materials, we will design different cutter and do different surface treatment to achieve best shredding effect and highest production rate. HC double shaft series are featured with low rotating speed, large torque, and little noise. It is controlled by SIEMENS PLC system. It can be set to start, stop, and reverse when overloading automatically.

Features

3.Cutter and spacer's material is American heat treated special alloy steel with high hardness and strong anti corrosion ability. It has excellent cutting performance. And if need, can titanize the cutter, makes it harder, more anti friction and anti corrosion, thus extend 1.5~2 times service life.
4.Shaft and cutter are connected by spline,which enables it has large transmission torque, not easy to deform,, and convenient to assemble and repair.
5.Motor and reducer are from international famous brands, ensure the power system stay stable
6.Bearing seat adopts patented split & detachable type, which is fast to install and assemble
7.the special seal structure is effective to prevent the shredded material from entering into the gear box. It can also protect the bearing and gear when processing fluid material
8.Multistage protection systems: multi-intelligent protections for mechanical and electronic parts. Have set protections for the start, overloading and jamming of the motor.

1.SIEMENS touch screen, English display, and visualized operation
2. MODBUS interface, makes remote control available
3. Key electronic components like PLC are from international famous brands like Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.
4. Can be set to start and stop automatically and running at preset time an times
5. Stall current, reverse times and time can be set as you need
6. Have protections for motor leakage, overloading, overheating,short circuit,default phase. etc.
7.The machine working status,.motor working current and malfunction can be real time displayed and keep as records for future checking
8. Frequency is adjustable. The cutter rotating speed can be adjusted in according with real production capacity, in this way, it saves energy
