2.Basic Requirements: A full set of machine is divided into four parts: The Cutting Area,The Pasting Area,The Dipping Area,The Rolling Area.

3.The Outside Size of the Machine:11132mm×1900mm×2500mm(L×W×H).

4.The Frame Materials of the Machine:

The whole machine frame is made up of Carbon steel square tubes

(size:5.5mm×200mm and 5.5mm×100mm)

5.The Structure of the Machine: the whole machine is  all in one structure, including Cutting Area, Dipping Area and Rolling Area.

6.The Effective Width of the Machine:1000mm,that is to say, the testing width is 1000mm after removing the film on upper and lower surface layer of SMC sheet material.

7.The Production speed of the Machine:1~12m/min, the Speed is continuously adjustable; and the fastest production speed can run up to 1.5 ton per hour if the tensile strength of the dipped film is achieved. and it is suggested that the speed of producing is 6m-8m/min, when the content of glass fiber exceeds 30%.

8.The Total Power of the Machine: The electrical machinery of main engine is 3KW, two sets of cutting machinery,4.4KW;the rolling machinery is 0.75KW;the packaging machinery is 1.5KW;two sets of yarn feeder,400W.The total power of the whole machine is 10.05KW.
