Advanced optical color sorter for rice:
Available in 4, 5, 6, 7 chutes (lanes), 256, 384, 448 channels for small to large capacity requirements.
Sorting accuracy at the speed of light:
Using Mingder-designed cameras, products are scanned 8,000 times per second, creating sorting accuracy that is unachievable by any other method. Images are converted using high speed, 2,048 pixel monochromatic, high-resolution CCD technology, for extreme accuracy in detecting even the smallest defects.
Two cameras per tray, mounted on the front and rear for dual-side viewing of your product.
Designed by Mingder engineers, the new generation Digital Signal Processor operates at optimal data processing speed. Sophisticated sorting algorithms create maximum sorting efficiencies, and there is virtually no time delay between defect signal and ejector activation.
Ejectors that define durability and reliability:
Delta's patented, high-speed pneumatic ejectors are machined to the highest tolerances in the industry.
Precision manufacturing, special metal alloys and custom hardening techniques produce an ejector with an exceptionally long life.
Minimizes maintenance downtime and costs.
Ejector array is highly concentrated for the greatest sorting accuracy and minimal loss of good product.
