2.Introduction of 3d-Panel
Be applicable to main wall,enclosure wall,lay and floor slab of the low-rise building as well as the inner flash wall of frame structure building.
Each index of 3d-panel is ensured according to the S-panel shaping plate of TC623-1996 industry standard center.The product features of S-panel are as follows:light material,strong intensity,heat preservation,quake-proof weather-proof,water-proof,fireproof,low cost and easy construction. It can be widely applied to each type of construction project.
3.Products use step
4.A production line with annual 3d-panel output of 400thousand m^2:
1.Floor space :6000m^2
2.Building area no less than 1500m^2.
(1) Height of the main building is no less than 5m,part is 5.8m,length no less than 40m and width no less than 18m.
(2) Height of other production houses is no less than 4m and width is no less than 10m. Working and living houses are 500m^2.
3.Water Distribution: daily water consumption is no less than 20 ton.
4.Power Distribution:160KVA(380V)
5.Steam: (1) pressure>0.7Mpa; (2) air demand : 1t/h
6.Environmental Protection : This project will not produce any waste gas and waste water.
