1, Why we need metal sheet tension leveler?
In the process of cold rolling, there are usually edge waves and buckling in the strip due to the structure of the roller and equipment accuracy. The metal sheet tension leveler aim to resolve this problem.
Unit Description: the main work of the metal sheet tension leveler is processing finished plate by cold rolling mill. The specific process is decoil , entry S roller, straightening machine, exit S roller, recoil. This make the products meet extensibility requirement finally.
