The cut to length line is used to shear the metal plate,after uncoiling, leveling, scaling, into flat sheet and stack. It is suitable to process cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and surface plating after all kinds of metal material with the surface plated by film.The cut to length line is mainly composed of coil car, uncoiler, leveling machine, conveying machine, cutting plate machine, storage processing, and other groups.The line can be used with the slitting machine, which can cut sheet metal into shape with the right width and right length and stack the productions.
