1.Ball Mill Introduction
Ball mill is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball mill is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grind able materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry.
2.Ball Mill Working Principal
To use the Ball Mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours.
Quite simply, the longer the Ball Mill runs, the finer the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the material you're grinding is, and the time how long the Ball Mill runs.
3.Beneficiation production line
At first, ore is preliminary broken by jaw crusher. When it has been broken to a reasonable size, it will be send to ball mill symmetrical through bucket and feeder. Next, ball mill will crush and grand ore then go to next step- Classification.

6.Service After Sell
In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory excludes the electric elements.
Installation:
(1) If installation is needed, we will dispatch a technician to the buyer’s factory abroad to assist regulating the machine with service charge USD50.00/working day for one technician. The buyer should assist our technician to get the Chinese technician's visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.
(2) If installation is needed, the buyer shall make the following preparation before arrival of technicians.
a) Position the machine in the buyer’s factory.
b) Prepare necessary electric wiring.
c) Prepare material of trial running.
d) Provide labors for assistance and installation during installation.
e) If possible, One chinese-speaking interpreter so that the communication between the buyer and seller’s technician will go smoothly.
