LX-BV vacuum vertical sterilizer, steam autoclave-Bluestone autoclave
Work principle & usage: It utilizes the physical characteristics of saturated steam, which will release large amount of laten heat and humidity during condesation, with a period of time to keep the objects at high temp. and moist condition, the main protein of the bacteria would be solidified so that the bacteria can be killed. It is ideal equipment for clinics, scientific research institutes and other organization to sterilizer surgical instruments, fabric, glasses, culture media etc.
Horizontal sliding door, self- bulge seal ring, operated easily.
Preheating control function.
Automatic control over the processes of heating, sterilization, steam exhaust and dryness.
1. Micro-computer control system, Sterilization temperature, time dynamic LCD displayed. Fault automatic displayed and alarm.
2. Automatical control system for water feeding, temperature rise, sterilizing, exhausting air, dryness.
3. Quick door open structure, safety and interlock device, horizontal sliding door.
4. Glass reinforced plastics cover to prevents the operator to be injured.
5. Adjustable termperature from 105-134'c
6. Have protector for exceed termperature, exceed pressure and electric leakage, Safety valve of auto release against overpressureIt opens when the designed pressure is surpassed.
7. Material made by SUS304 stainless steel.
8. Built-in water tank. Steam and water inner cycle system, no external water source, not exhaust steam outside, environment is clean and dryness.
9. Timer range: 0-999min
10. Safety and interlock device: The door can't be opened until there is no pressure in the chamber and power for heating can't be switched on until the door is firmly closed.
11. Alarm for sterilizing and fault state, The buzzer alarms when a cycle of sterilization is completed.
12. Silicone rubble for seal

Steam and water circulation system, no external water source, not exhaust steam outside, environment is clean and dryness.
Safety Device:
Alarm function: Over heat alarm and stop all the function at the same time, when water in the chamber is not enough.
