Bluestone Horizontal Vacuum Steam Sterilizer with Double Door
Application: HA-BVD Horizontal Vacuum Steam Sterilizer with the features of PLC and HMI automatic program control,automatic temperature recording and printing,etc. It is suitable for hospitals,pharmaceutical factories, scientific research institutes and other units to sterilize and dry clothing,dressings,metal instruments,culture medium.etc.

Available Volume: 250 liters, 360 liters, 600 liters.
HA-BVD Horizontal Vacuum Steam Sterilizer Features:
u Body of the sterilizer: Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB 150 ‘the Pressure Vessel’, GB 8599’The technical requirements of Large Steam Sterilizer-Automatic Control Protocol’, and TSG R0004 the ‘Safety and Technology Specification for Fixed Monitor Vessels’ and related inspection procedures.
u Tank of the horizontal rectangular double-deck structure is made of SUS304 or 316.
u Door sealing:Pneumatic sealing, both doors interlocking are strictly in accordance with the GSSD required.
u The horizontal vacuum steam sterilier has standard GMP authentication interface.
u The control system: Adopt the Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen.
u The piping system: Adopt with the reliable Germany Burket or GEMU pneumatic angle type valve, water ring pump and 0.22µm high efficiency sterile medical grade filters, the pipe clamp adopts the quick connectors, related spares are all according to the sanitation standard.
