Face length: 2100-8000mm
Material: alloy cast iron HT200-300
Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward
Shaft head: 45# round steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.
We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.
After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
The paper-making roller includes smooth roller(flat roller, surface without patten), grooved roller( coating surface with groove), thread roller( coating surface with thread groove), suction roller, activities arc roller(hollow bending roll), crowned roller, etc. These rolls are used in different parts of paper-making machine and also play great roles of squeezing water, etc.
