Elbow Cold Forming Machine

Our machine is designed for manufacturing elbow of 90,60,30deg.R=1.0D&1.5D with diameter from 1/2”to 32 of stainless steel ,carbon steel,alloy steel and some kinds of copper steel.It has individual power construction and electrical system,adopts PLC button centralized control and programmed touch screen operation system,which can be convenient adjusted and operated both manually and automatically.It has special demoulding device and mould orientation device which make the mould change easy.

The specification (dimension, radius, thickness) of the finished products can meet the stipulated international standard, such as ANSI B16.9, ANSI B16.28, DIN2605, JIS, GOST, SMS, 3A, ISO, etc, The machines are fit for the  batch production
