1, Brife Introduce of Ring Die Wood Pellets Machine:

1)Wood pellet machine adopts advantages of both ring die and flat die pellet machine. When it works, rollers( 3 roller) move, die stable. It can press very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets. Pellets density can be 1.1-1.4 ton/m3.

2)Wood pellet machine is designed mainly for high cruder fiber biomass waste and chemical fertilizer materials into 6-14 mm diameter pellets. Such as wheat straw,rice straw, palm  fiber,shell or

groundnut shell, very hard wood etc. Also can press fertilizer granules from animal manure, plant  waste, chemical waste etc. Before pelletizing, raw materials should crush into fine powder, humidity keeps15%-20%.

3)Wood pellet machine adopts vertical feeding materials advantages, feed materials vertically and directly to pelletizing room. ring die and roller assemble works in a horizontal way. Other suppliers ring die only feed materials from gear box side and its ring die work in a vertical level. their feeding speed and working efficiency are both very lower.Not suitable for press wood pellets.

4) Wood pellet machine has depent lubricate system, which can lubricate bearing inside of the roller automatically, protecting the spare parts. So life span are very long. 

5)Wood pellet machine containes hydraulic pressure pump, which can adjust pressure automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio. When adjusted to the fit pressure, pressure will keep stable automatically, but other supplier pellet machine need to adjust pressure manufally each time use. Very trouble to operate.
