1. What is Credo Type DL open impeller pump, stainless steel flexible impeller pump ?

Type DL pump is vertical single-suction multi-stage segmental cerntrifugal pump.It can deliver clear water or other liquid which is physically or chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is 0 °C -80 °C. The inlet pressure can not be over 0.6Mpa. 

Type DL pump is vertically inistalled with advantages of compact structure, low-niose and space saving. It is widely used in high buildings in city, heat supply system, fire-extinguishing system, air-condition system and factories.

2. What is the constuction of Credo type DL open impeller pump, stainless steel flexible impeller pump ?

The inlet is located in suction stage under pump, the outlet is located in discharge-stage above pump. both of them are horizontally mounted. The outlet can ne installed with the angle 90 °, 180 ° and 270 ° to inlet according to user's requirement (the angle is 0 ° for nomal installation). The main parts of pump are suction-stage, middle stage, discharge-stage, diffusor and bearing support forms a working chamber anf shaft.  Impeller, balance kettle and shaft sleeve are pump rator parts. The axial force is balanced by balance kettle and the remaining axial force is borne by upper radial thrust-ball bearing. The sealing ring is seperatedly mounted in suction-stage and middle-stage to prevent high pressure water from leaking. 

The radial thrust force ball bearing is mounted above shaft and the sliding bearing which get lubricated by grease is mounted under shaft. shaft seal is either soft packing seal or mechanical seal and they can be lubricated and cooled by pressure water in balance chamber. The pump is driven by vertical motor. View from motor wnd, the rotating direction of pumps is counter clockwise.
