1. What is Credo type LW volute water pump?
The type LW pump is single-stage single-suction vertical volute centrifugal clear water pump. The type LW pump is widely used in power stations for handing circulating water and used for mining drainage as well as water supply & drainage of civil engineering and farmlands. It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water. The highest temperature of the liquid is not allowed more than 50°C.
2. What is the Construction of Credo type LW volute water pump?
The type LW pump is vertically installed with the inlet vertical downward and the outlet horizontal extending. The pump and the motor are directly connected and mounted on one foundation. The seal usually uses packing seal. The pump uses rolling bearings. The impeller is fixed on shaft by half locked rings. Couplings are adjustable rigid one. The impeller has construction of balancing rib. The pump axial force is carried by the motor.

1,The direcyion of rotation of the LW Pump The rotation of pump rotor is counter clockwise looking from the motor to the pump . Indicating “left” in the pump type if you require the rotation of pump rotor is clockwise. Both performance data are same. 2,The major parts material of the pump Impeller:Cast steel ZG310 – 570 or ZG1Cr13Nil or ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo. Sealing ring: Cast steel ZG2Cr13.
