1.A brief description about the ZA/ZE high pressure marine sea water pump
Type ZA, ZE petro chemical process pumps, according to API 610(8th edition), for pumping clean or slightly polluted. cold or hot, chemically neutral or aggressive liquids.
2.How does ZA/ZE high pressure marine sea water pump works?
1) Type ZA, ZE Petro Chemical Process Pumpsare single-stage, horizontal, radial split volute casing pumps with feet below and single-entry radial impeller, end suction branch, radial upwards discharge branch.
2) Type ZA, ZE Petro Chemical Process Pumps are depending on operating conditions hydraulic balance provided by front or rear wear rings and balance holes. Casing cover with cooling or heating connections, shaft sealing by packing or mechanical seals of any design(single or double working), connections for cooling, flushing or sealing liquid.
3) Standardized pipe work according to API plans. The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to pump.
3. What are the pumping mediums of type ZA/ZE high pressure marine sea water pump?
There are several medium that the Type ZA, ZE Petro Chemical Process Pumps can transport. An example is shown below.
1. Organic acid and inorganic acid such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, which at various temperature and concentration.
2. Various salt solution.
3. Various liquid petroleum chemical products, organic compound as well as raw materials with corrosive and the products.
