1. Why Recycle Used Oil?
Did you know that used engine oil never wears out? It just gets dirty and can be recycled, cleaned, and used again. Recycling used engine oil conserves a natural resource (oil) and is good for the environment too! engine oil poured onto the ground or into storm drains, or tossed into trash cans (even in a sealed container) can contaminate and pollute the soil, groundwater, streams, and rivers. Recycling your used engine oil reduces this pollution threat. When you take your used oil to recycle, you are protecting the environment, conserving a valuable resource, and getting paid for it. That's a winning combination!
Waste motor oil recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery’s lubrication oil. ZSY series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil. Specially, it can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.

1.Safety:

3. Heating method: adopt the latest heating method---take the advantages of both direct heating and indirect heating which brings the following profits:
3.1 Fuel: it saves 20% fuel. Take coal for example, we will save around 100KGS per day. It means you can
save 20 USD per day
3.2 Depreciation: We only need to change the front part of the reactor by using this heating method. It will
cost us around USD20000.00 for changing the whole reactor, while it will only cost us around USD4000.00
for changing the front part of the reactor.

2.The whole system have pre-heating system, this system use exhaust gas (produced by coal or wood burining to heat distillaiton plant )to heating raw oil before raw oil go into distillaiton reactor. This preaheating sytem can save fuel in great degree and saving heating time .
