| 1.SAFETY |
We have many safety devices like safety valves, alarming ring,automatic decreasing pressure device, oil-water separator, anti-back fire device, negative pressure device.these devices can guarantee the oil gas can not be back to the reactor and the distillation machine is working under the normal pressure.

| 3.OUR ADVANTAGES |
a. we use the underground dedusting system , the main part of the dedusting system is called strong spray tower which is made from stainless steel .
b. the security system is composed of two water seals, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and safety valves
c. we use 2 condensers and one set of calandria cooling system to make the cooling line longer and cooling surface wider to get more oil. d. the bottom of the main reactor is also made from stainless steel
d. the filter system can help to get good quality of oil
Product Overviews
1. Firstly, load the distillation reactor with oil(waste engine oil, plastic oil or tyre oil etc.). Heat the reactor by indirect heating way. So, the hot air goes to heat the reactor.
2. When it reaches certain temperature, the oil in the reactor changes into oil gas . The oil gas will rise up and comes through the distill tower in which it will get catalytic decomposition and be refined.
3. Finally, this refined oil gas will be cooled by cooling system into liquid oil. This oil will be pumped into oil blending tank in which it will be washed and refined again. The final oil will goes into the storage tanks.
4. Some oil gas which cann't be liquified will be recycled back into the heating furnace be burned as fuel. Between the oil tank and the heating furnace there wil be the water sealing tank to work as anti-fire system. And the waste smoke will be processed by desulfurization system firstly and then discharged into the air.
