Environmental protection
a> waste-gas : during the process of pyrolysis , there will cause 5% waste-gas, but the waste-gas can be burnt again in the reactor as fuel materials to keep the temperature in the reactor, have you noticed the green hole in the reactor, the waste-gas enter into the hole and is burnt again. So there is no waste-gas at all.
b> Waste-water: there is a water-recycling system in the set of plant, all the process, the water can be used circulatory. So there is no waste-water in the process of pyrolysis
c> Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
d> Emission controller: there is emission controller in the set of plant, it won’t cause dirty dust in the process of pyrolysis
Long service life
1.Material: Q245R/345R special steel plate ,thickness 16 mm.
2.Welding: Automatic welding machine and experienced welder will guarantee the quality and life of the reactor
1. Delivery time-- It will be within 15 working days after we receive the deposit.
2. Warranty- The warranty period is 2 Years(Other suppler offer 1 year warranty), engineers available to service at any time.
3. Installation and Training-- Our Company will dispatch technician to guide installation and training for free, ensuring the operation safety. The installation period shall be one month; otherwise, buyers will pay extra salary for the technician with the price of USD 60.00 per day.
4. 24-Hours telephone service .
