electric power type and new condition batch type waste tyre pyrolysis plant
Put tyres/plastic into pyrolysis reactor, after heating with catalyst under vacuum condition ,oil steam is generated , after oil seperator ,light oil and heavy oil seperated and go into cooling system ,at the same time carbon slag-out automatically As for oil steam, the liquable part come tyre oil after cooling, non-liquable part come to heating chamber burning as fuel.
