A .Reactor (with cover and basement)
Size 2800*6000 diameters
This is the most important parts, we feeding raw material/tyres inside the reactor and heating the reactor,by pyrolysis ,the tyre will change to hot oil gas.
B.Oil-seperator
After solid tyre convert to gaseous oil ,the oil gas will go into oil-sperator ,and here heavy oil and light oil be sperated
C.Cooling system
Here, the oil gas after cooling by water become to liquid light oil
D. Oil tank
Light oil tank is to collect light oil, heavy oil tank is to collect heavy oil
E. Anti-fire safty device
The non-condensered oil gas will goto this device ,then back to burning room to heating reactor .
F. Dedust-device
This device is to treat exhuast smoke produced by heating reactor .
G.Control cabinet
To control the whole system by it
