1.Price     All prices and terms are quoted in US Dollar under FOB Guangzhou ,and the price available for 1 months. 

2. Minimum Order Quantity       Each item and/or color has a minimum order quantity, which would be stated in our quote sheet.  Assorted items would be negotiable upon request. 

3.Delivery Lead Time    If there have stocks, the lead time is about one week after we get the payment, if need producing ,7 - 20 days after we get the prepay. 

4. Payment Terms    T/T Payment  :   30% deposit after confirmation of Sales Contract and 70%before shipment.

If there is any problem with engine or parts due to the defective CORAFLY products, Coral Machinery will actively take the responsibility and pay a reasonable fee for the engine and parts which needs to be repaired or replaced(the lesser amount of two conditions).We promise CORALFLY products will not affect the main engine. 

Deadline:

The warranty period is from the date of installation of CORALFLY products till the end of released service life which displayed on the product(the normal effective kilometers could be used is printing on the filter packing for your reference, except for the special or harsh environment). The dry-type air filer, if it’s cleaned or inspected in any way before, or using any NON-CORALFLY products, which all beyond the scope of guarantee. 

Restriction:

Coral Machinery will not take any responsibility for any accidents due to abuse, improper installation, unauthorized alteration and negligence. Also Coral Machinery will not take any responsibility for the lost revenue, the living cost or other incidental consequential damages because of downtime. This guarantee is attached to the only security of Coral Machinery. Besides, there is no any express or implied warranty by Coral Machinery. 

Precaution:

There is any problem caused by using CORALFLY products. 

1) Keep the defective products and contact with Coral Machinery or Coral Machinery distributor of your religion timely.

2) Do not cut or change any suspected problem products, if necessary, Send the suspected filter and the attached oil and the coolant sample together to Coral Machinery or Coral Machinery distributor of your religion timely.

3) Attached with repair document, parts list, labor costs and any other materials which can support a claim for compensation.
