1. Product Description:
Two stage stone crusher is Hengji mechanical patent products. This machine is mainly used to crush all kinds of ore material. More prominent advantage is that the product can easily deal with all kinds of high moisture materials such as coal, coal gangue, coal cinder, coal slurry, slag, clay, shale, limestone and so on. The double rotor crusher with its superior performance and good performance is widely used in brick factory, coal, building materials, cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.
2. Working Priciple of Two-stage stone crusher:
Input the raw material averagely by forklift or labor into the first crushing chamber. Material will be crushed by round plate and hammers for first time. Then the smaller materials will come into the second crushing chamber, where the materials will be crushed by high speed hammers. After that, material reached the screening hole size will come out of the machine in the output, larger material will stay in the chamber until it matches the required size.
3. Application of two-stage stone crusher :
1.The two-stage stone Crusher is used in the works of mine,smelting,building .
2.It applied for coal gangue, furnace slag, cement, pebble, iron ore, lime stone, shale and so on materials' crushing for construction and other industrial materials.
